ANOTHA COLADA

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. tequila

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. rhum agricole

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. blue curaçao

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. pineapple juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coconut cream

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with mint bouquet after slapping it to express oils

ABOUT
This tequila-based piña colada riff was created by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon). This one is vegetal from the agricole and agave derived tequila. The lime helps balance and brighten the drink. As Soberon says, this one is “truly playful, truly delicious, what more do I need to say?” Cheers y’all!
