Banana Rum Highball
BANANA RUM HIGHBALL
1½ oz. / 45 ml. overproof Jamaican rum
½ oz. / 15 ml. banana liqueur
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. allspice dram
1 barspoon falernum
soda water to top
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a chilled glass over ice spear / top with soda water / no garnish

This lovely highball was created by my friend Isaiah LaBelle (@onesipclub). He suggests using Smith and Cross if you have it, though Planteray OFTD is what he went with. This highball is perfect for the winter season when you want a tropical drink full of warm spices. Cheers y’all!
