Birdy’s Sangria

BIRDY’S SANGRIA

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. red wine

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. brandy

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. cinnamon syrup (or simple syrup)

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • splash of Coca-Cola

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a glass over fresh ice (Birdy uses crushed) / garnish with mint bouquet after slapping it to express the oils and dehydrated citrus wheel
