BLACK MAGIC NO. 2
2 oz. / 60 ml. Amaro Montenegro
1 oz. / 30 ml. smoky scotch
⅓ oz. / 10 ml. banana liqueur
2 drops saline solution
METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / express orange peel oil over surface / garnish with orange twist

This cocktail was created in 2019 by Roger Grüter at Angel’s Share (Basel, Switzerland). At first glance, you may think it’s a lot. Surprisingly, the two ounces of amaro and ounce of Islay scotch is balanced perfectly with the banana liqueur. A little salt makes the flavors POP. Cheers y’all!
