CIN-CYN

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Cynar

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. gin

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. sweet vermouth

  • orange peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / express orange peel oil over the surface / garnish with a orange twist

ABOUT
Today completes year three of the Daily Cocktail Series! This cocktail is a bittersweet twist on the classic Negroni. Named after the informal Italian toast (Cin Cin) meaning “cheers,” this cocktail swaps Campari for Cynar, adding depth and herbal complexity to the mix. The Cin comes from Cinzano brand vermouth originally used. Cin cin (pronounced “Chin-Chin”) to the New Year!
