Coffee Grog

COFFEE GROG

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. aged Jamaican rum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. 151-proof demerara rum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. dry curaçao

  • 3 oz. / 90 ml. cold brew coffee

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. coconut cream

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. cinnamon syrup

  • 1 dash absinthe

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with three coffee beans

Move over espresso martini, the coffee grog is here. This cocktail comes from Two Dots and a Dash in Chicago. They recently shared his recipe on Instagram and I had to reshake it. I love the orange and coconut combo! Cheers y’all!
