DADDY ISSUES

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml. bourbon

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Averna

• ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. cherry heering

• ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. dry curaçao

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a coupe / garnish with a cherry (or three)

This cocktail was created in 2021 by William Greenwell for Mister Mao (New Orleans, LA). To say I didn’t save this recipe in part for the name would be a lie. This sipper is sort of a hybrid between a Black Manhattan and a Remember the Maine. Cheers y’all!
