DOMINICANA

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. aged rum

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. coffee liqueur

  • heavy cream*, shaken then floated

  • nutmeg to garnish

METHOD
add rum and coffee liqueur to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora / layer freshly shaken heavy cream* over the surface / garnish fresh nutmeg
*I add a little simple syrup to the heavy cream prior to shaking to sweeten it up
