HEART THROB
2 oz. / 60 ml. aged rum
½ oz. / 15 ml. crème de pamplemousse rose
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. cinnamon syrup
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with lime twist (optional)

This drink was created by Scott Teague during a snaquiri session (2014; Death & Co: Welcome Home). It was tradition at Death & Co to share a round of daiquiri shots before shifts began. “Where everyone else called our impromptu snaquiri sessions ‘gangster Daiquiri time,’ I maintain that it's ‘gangster time Daiquiri.’” Cheers y’all!
