Jalisco Shake Down

JALISCO SHAKE DOWN

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. tequila reposado

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Aperol

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit syrup

  • Peychaud’s bitters to float

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / top with Peychaud’s bitters / garnish with pineapple fronds

This cocktail was created by the brilliant Ed (@ed_tales). It is his twist on the East 8 Hold Up. Tequila and tropical fruit come together in this one, making it smooth, bright, and full of flavor, with just enough bitterness to keep things exciting. Cheers y’all!
