LAST BRAT
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. mezcal
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Green Chartreuse
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. melon liqueur (Midori)
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. acid-adjusted pineapple juice
maraschino cherry to garnish
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with maraschino cherry
ACID-ADJUSTED PINEAPPLE JUICE
100 ml. pineapple juice
3.2 g. citric acid powder
2.0 g. malic acid powder
stir until dissolved / bottle / store in fridge
*adjusted to acidity of lime
**For one 6oz (180ml) mini can pineapple juice, add 5.8g citric acid + 3.6g malic acid

This is an original that Isaiah LaBelle (@onesipclub) and I created. We loved the smoke the mezcal brings here. We went with an acid-adjusted pineapple juice (lime acidity), which balances the two liqueurs and pairs wonderfully with agave. This green drink is a must this brat summer. Cheers y’all!
