1½ oz. / 45 ml. Fernet Branca
1 oz. / 30 ml. sweet vermouth
½ oz. / 15 ml. tequila reposado
½ oz. / 15 ml. crème de cacao
1 dash chocolate bitters
1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / garnish with a mint bouquet after slapping it to express the oils

This one was created in 2018 by Aneka Saxon. It is bold, aromatic, and inspired by Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies. Fernet’s bitterness is softened with chocolate, vermouth, and a touch of tequila. Finished with a fragrant mint garnish, it’s a cool twist on an Old Fashioned. Cheers y’all!
