MILK MAID
2 oz. / 60 ml. tequila
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. coconut cream
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. simple syrup
2 cucumber slices, muddled
pinch of salt to garnish
METHOD
add cucumber to shaker tin and lightly muddle / add remaining ingredients to tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into a glass over fresh ice / garnish with cucumber slice and pinch of salt

This cocktail was created by Elizabeth Weiss at The Whistler (Chicago, IL). The freshness of the cucumber works surprisingly well with the creamy coconut. The pinch of salt helps balance the drink and accentuates the flavors. You’ll be making more than one! Cheers y’all!
