SUNSET BOULEVARD

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. vodka

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Yellow Chartreuse

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. honey syrup

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with pineapple frond

ABOUT
This cocktail was created by Elliott Clark (@apartment_bartender) while guest bartending at a bar near Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood (Bibo Ergo Sum; now closed). This drink was a hit that night and I can see why! It’s tropical, herbaceous, and so crushable. I’ll be making many more! Cheers y’all!
