Terroir Cocktail

TERROIR COCKTAIL

  • 2½ oz. / 75 ml. St. George Terroir Gin

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. dry vermouth

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Yellow Chartreuse

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • 1 dash orange bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora / express orange peel oil over surface / garnish orange twist

I am loving the cocktail community on Threads. I recently acquired some Chartreuse and received many recommendations for new drinks to make with it. Thank you to @marriedwdinner for this one.
