THE WHISTLER
1½ oz. / 45 ml. pisco
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Campari
1½ oz. / 45 ml. pineapple juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lime juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. raspberry syrup
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with a pineapple frond (and pineapple wedge if you have it)

This one was created by one of my favorite drinkstagrammers, Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon). This Jungle Bird variation takes a slight detour to Peru. The pisco and raspberry syrup bring a bright, unexpected freshness, while the Campari and pineapple hold it down with a subtle bitterness. Cheers y’all!
