AFTER HOURS
1½ oz. / 45 ml. aged rum
½ oz. / 15 ml. coconut rum
½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur
1 barspoon passionfruit syrup
2 dashes lime bitters
1 dash tiki bitters
lime zest to garnish
METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / garnish with lime zest
ABOUT
This one is an original of mine. It is a rich, layered cocktail with tropical flair. Aged rum provides depth, coconut rum adds smooth sweetness, and coffee liqueur brings a bold, roasty note. A hint of passionfruit adds tartness, balanced with lime and tiki bitters for complexity. Cheers y’all!
