Allspice Old Fashioned

ALLSPICE OLD FASHIONED

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. rye whiskey

  • 1 tsp. / 5 ml. allspice dram

  • 1 tsp. / 5 ml. demerara syrup

  • orange and lemon peel oils

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / express orange and lemon peel oils over surface / garnish with orange and lemon twists
