AMONG DREAMS

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. sweet vermouth

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. rye whiskey

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Green Chartreuse

  • 1 dash old fashioned bitters

  • 1 dash tiki bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora / no garnish

ABOUT
This reverse Manhattan was created by Turk Dietrich for Cure (@curenola; New Orleans, LA). The vanilla and orange notes of the vermouth are complemented by herbaceous Chartreuse and a spicy overproof rye. Aromatic bitters with a Christmas-spice vibe add warmth, creating a richer, smoother twist on the classic. Cheers y’all!
