ANGEL FACE

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. gin

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. apple brandy

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. apricot liqueur

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / LONG stir with ice until chilled / strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with apple fan (optional)

ABOUT
This classic cocktail dates back to 1930, where it was featured in Harry Craddock’s The Savoy Cocktail Book. The original was shaken, but giving it a long stir to ensure proper dilution is the way it’s typically served now. This one is perfect for the early autumn days.
