• 2 oz. / 60 ml. vodka

• ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Aperol

• 1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice

• ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice

• ½ oz. / 15 ml. grenadine

• 2 drops rose flower water

• lemon peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice / shake until chilled / strain over ice into a glass or over golf ball ice ball in coupe / express lemon peel oil over surface / no garnish
