Bahia Sling
BAHIA SLING
1½ oz. / 45 ml. cachaça
½ oz. / 15 ml. crème de cacao
1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. passionfruit syrup
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with mint bouquet
ABOUT
This drink was created in 2015 by Ran Duan (@cocktail_lens) for the Baldwin Bar at Sichuan Garden (Massachusetts). This tropical drink is named after one of the states in Brazil, which is fitting given the base spirit is the National Spirit of Brazil. The grassy and funky cachaça works so well with passionfruit and chocolate. Cheers y’all!
