Tequila & Chili Espresso Martini

TEQUILA & CHILI ESPRESSO MARTINI

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. tequila añejo

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Ancho Reyes chile liqueur

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. agave nectar

  • mole bitters to garnish

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with mole bitters on surface

ABOUT
This espresso martini riff comes from Jordan Hughes. This is yet another example of taking the standard espresso martini and giving it more depth and complexity. An aged tequila gives it body, while the chile liqueur and mole give it a bite. Cheers y’all!
