BLUE CHECK

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml. light rum

• ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. mezcal

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. blue curaçao

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh orange juice

• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml. ginger syrup

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice / shake until chilled / strain over a BFC in a rocks glass / garnish with pineapple frond
