SUNSET IN JULY
1½ oz. / 45 ml. pineapple rum
½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit liqueur
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. banana liqueur
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. coconut cream nutmeg to garnish
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with pineapple fronds and freshly grated nutmeg

This drink is by Brett (@mvspeakeasy) and is everything you want in a summer cocktail. He brings all of the tropical tiki flavors (banana, coconut, pineapple, passionfruit) to one drink. The base is a pineapple rum (I’ve used both Doctor Bird higher ABV and Plantation). Cheers y’all!
