PINEAPPLE BLOSSOM

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. bourbon

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. simple syrup

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into glass over fresh ice / garnish with pineapple frond

ABOUT
This drink has circled the internet for a while, but I stumbled across through Justin Sajda (@thirstywhale_). Justin describes this as the bourbon cocktail made for folks who say they don’t like whiskey. This is perfect for summer entertaining! Add an optional pinch of salt to make the flavors pop.
