Bourbon & Chocolate Espresso Martini

BOURBON & CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO MARTINI

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. bourbon

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. crème de cacao

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. vanilla syrup

  • pinch of salt

  • grated chocolate to garnish

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with grated chocolate

I got this recipe from Jordan Hughes (@highproofpreacher). This recipe just shows you how you can transform and elevate the traditional espresso martini (usually made with vodka). Here bourbon is used as the base and it is sweetened with some chocolate liqueur and vanilla. Cheers y’all!
