CAFÉ DE BRASIL

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. mezcal

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. cachaça

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. banana liqueur

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. cinnamon syrup

  • 2 dashes mole bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with three coffee beans

ABOUT
This is an original of mine I came up with last night. The name is a nod to the fusion of Mexican and Brazilian spirits and flavors. Mezcal brings a slight smoke, cachaça is grassy, banana and cinnamon are sweeteners that work well with coffee. Mole for a bite. Cheers y’all!
