COQUITO

  • 25 oz. aged Puerto Rican rum (a 750 ml. bottle)

  • 20 oz. coconut milk

  • 12½ oz. coconut cream

  • 12½ oz. condensed milk

  • ¾ tsp. ground cinnamon

  • ¾ tsp. ground cloves

  • ¾ tsp. ground ginger

  • ¾ tsp. ground nutmeg

  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

  • large pinch of salt

  • nutmeg to garnish
    SERVES 12–15

METHOD
combine all ingredients / blend briefly to mix / pour into sealable container / store in fridge / pour over ice to serve / garnish with fresh nutmeg
