25 oz. aged Puerto Rican rum (a 750 ml. bottle)
20 oz. coconut milk
12½ oz. coconut cream
12½ oz. condensed milk
¾ tsp. ground cinnamon
¾ tsp. ground cloves
¾ tsp. ground ginger
¾ tsp. ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
large pinch of salt
nutmeg to garnish
SERVES 12–15
METHOD
combine all ingredients / blend briefly to mix / pour into sealable container / store in fridge / pour over ice to serve / garnish with fresh nutmeg
