INNA DI YARD
1 oz./ 30 ml. Salers gentiane liqueur
½ oz. / 15 ml. white overproof Jamaican rum
1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. orgeat
1 dash orange bitters
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a glass over fresh ice / garnish with a lime twist
ABOUT
The cocktail was created by Michael Mas of Experimental Cocktail Club (Paris), and inspired by a trip to St. Petersburg. When he and a friend found Angostura bitters too expensive for making Trinidad Sours, they got creative and subbed Salers instead, resulting in a Mai Tai-esque recipe. Cheers y’all!
