DO NOT DISTURB

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml. vodka

• ½ oz. / 15 ml. dry vermouth

• ½ oz. / 15 ml. pineapple liqueur

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice

• ½ oz. / 15 ml. honey syrup

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora over a BFC (optional) / garnish with pineapple fronds

Welcome to the series where I show how you can swap one ingredient, in this case the fruit liqueur, for another and create a “new” cocktail. Vodka is flavor neutral, which allows you to use it when you want to accentuate the flavors. These tropical flavors are balanced by the bright lemon and vermouth. Cheers y’all!
