DOCTOR’S ORDERS

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. aged rum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Jamaican rum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Green Chartreuse

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. pineapple juice

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. coconut cream

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lime juice

  • 1 dash absinthe

  • fresh nutmeg

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with mint bouquet and freshly grated nutmeg
