1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple rum
½ oz. / 15 ml. rum agricole
½ oz. / 15 ml. Jamaican rum
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. absinthe
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. simple syrup
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / no garnish
ABOUT
This is a daiquiri I came up with that is full of absinthe. I usually like my daiquiris with a dash or mist of absinthe, so this was a natural progression. I am currently at my 10 year college reunion, so I named this drink after a street I spent most of my college years on. Cheers y’all!
