PASSIONFRUIT PROPOSAL

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. bourbon

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Aperol

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit syrup

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with lime twist (optional)

ABOUT
This cocktail was created to celebrate Four Roses’ 135th anniversary. It hits all the right notes: bourbon brings depth, Aperol for a touch of bitterness, and fresh lime for acidity. The passionfruit syrup ties it together with a tropical sweetness, making it balanced, refreshing, and easy to enjoy for all. Cheers y’all!
