Eggnog Espresso Martini
EGGNOG ESPRESSO MARTINI
4 whole eggs
170 g. superfine sugar (or baker’s sugar; not powdered sugar)
4 oz. / 120 ml. cognac
2½ oz. / 75 ml. coffee liqueur
2½ oz. / 75 ml. espresso
12 oz. / 360 ml. whole milk
8 oz. / 240 ml. heavy cream
SERVES 4
METHOD
in a blender or stand mixer blend eggs and sugar / slowly add remaining ingredients one at a time / bottle / store in fridge / serve in a coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with fresh nutmeg and coffee beans
