Espresso Martiki
ESPRESSO MARTIKI
1½ oz. / 45 ml. pineapple rum
½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur
1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso
1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. orgeat
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with three espresso beans (optional)

Created by Martin Hudak, this is one of my favorite takes on an espresso martini. Vodka is bland, so adding pineapple rum brings depth here. Rum and coffee are a match made in heaven. The pineapple and orgeat are common ingredients in tiki culture. Don't have espresso? Use substitute cold brew concentrate. Cheers y’all!
