1 oz. / 30 ml. 151-proof demerara rum
1 oz. / 30 ml. Bénédictine
½ oz. / 15 ml. Fernet Branca
1½ oz. / 45 ml. pineapple juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. demerara syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
METHOD
add all ingredients to a glass / fill ⅔ with crushed or pebble ice / stir or swizzle to mix / top with more ice / garnish with mint bouquet after slapping to express oils and orchid flower
