The Decennium
THE DECENNIUM
2 oz. / 60 ml. aged rum
1 oz. / 30 ml. sweet vermouth
1 barspoon amaretto
1 dash Angostura bitters
orange peel oil
METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora / express orange peel oil over surface / garnish with orange twist

This cocktail was created by my friend Morten Krag (@thecocktail.blog). This is his spin on a Martinez, which he made to celebrate the 2025 new year. This one is balanced with just a touch of almond that doesn’t overpower the rest of the ingredients. Cheers y’all!
