Frozen Tiki Negroni

FROZEN TIKI NEGRONI

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple rum

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. coconut fat washed Campari

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. banana sweet vermouth

  • ½ frozen banana

  • 1 cup crushed ice, to blend

METHOD
blend all ingredients with one cup crushed ice / pour into a rocks glass / garnish with fresh nutmeg

ABOUT
This one is inspired by follower Melissa Giraldez (@bar_mama67) who mentioned that a local bar of theirs add a frozen banana to their Negronis. The banana here adds another layer of flavor that compliments the vermouth while also adding texture. This is a MUST if you’re in the summer mood. Cheers y’all!
