Juicebox Swizzle
JUICEBOX SWIZZLE
3 oz. / 90 ml. white vermouth
1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh orange juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit syrup
METHOD
add all ingredients to a glass / fill ⅔ with crushed or pebble ice / stir or swizzle to mix / top with more ice / garnish with mint bouquet after slapping to express oils and dehydrated pineapple slice
ABOUT
This low-ABV summer cocktail is by Pranthik Samal (@parttimemixologist). As soon as I saw blanc vermouth as the base, I had to swizzle this one up. This one is tropical, fragrant, crushable! Depending on the sweetness of your white vermouth, you may want to up the lemon to ¾–1 oz. Cheers y’all!
