JUNGLE STARS
2 oz. / 60 ml. cognac
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Campari
½ oz. / 15 ml. pineapple liqueur
1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lime juice
⅓–½ oz. / 10–15 ml. ginger syrup
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add several ice cubes and shake until chilled / strain over fresh crushed or pebble ice / top with more ice / garnish with mint bouquet after slapping it to express oils

This Jungle Bird riff is by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon). I recently picked up these glasses and this recipe was calling for me to reshake it in them. This drink is essentially a Cognac Jungle Bird, where Soberon subs in pineapple liqueur for the juice. Ginger acts as a bridge between the cognac and biter Campari. Cheers y’all!
