SNAP OUT OF IT

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. tequila blanco

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. ginger syrup

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into glass over fresh ice / garnish with candied ginger and pineapple frond or lime wheel

This cocktail is an old one by the legend Chris Leavitt (@notjustabartender). This recipe is simple, approachable, and amazing. It was designed to be made with either a blanco tequila or a N/A tequila alternative, allowing anyone to enjoy this pineapple ginger margarita. Cheers y’all!
