KENNDRA

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. aquavit

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Aperol

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. orgeat

  • 6–8 mint leaves (+ more to garnish)

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with mint bouquet

ABOUT
This elevated aquavit sour was made by Connor Stehr (@shake_and_stehr). Stehr incorporates wonderful flavors here: orange, lemon, almonds, fresh herbs, and spices. Aquavit is a delightful Scandinavian spirit that varies in flavor profiles, but must contain caraway. Make sure you fine strain this one! Cheers y’all!
