LOVEBIRD
2 oz. / 60 ml. cognac VS
1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. raspberry syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1 egg white or other foamer
lemon peel oil
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake without ice (“dry shake”) / add ice / shake until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / garnish with raspberries (original calls for rose petals)
