MALADJUSTED #5

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. aquavit

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Cocchi Americano Rosa

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Luxardo Bitter Bianco

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Italicus

  • 1 dash celery bitters

  • 3 drops saline solution

  • lemon peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / express lemon peel oil over surface / garnish with lemon twist

ABOUT
It’s always an honor to remake cocktails sent to me by bars and bartenders. This is another by Rick Munro (@malpractice.pdx) from Portland. This one reminds me a light, bright, and vegetal Negroni. The celery bitters and bergamot complement the caraway aquavit. Cheers y’all!
