MAMMOTH TUSK

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. rhum agricole

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Green Chartreuse

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. falernum

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. orgeat

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit syrup

  • Peychaud’s bitters to float

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake / dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / float bitters / garnish with pineapple fronds

ABOUT
This tiki cocktail was created by Chad Austin at Lono in Hollywood. Perhaps this is a riff on the Cobra’s Fang, as the name and ingredients have similarities. The funky rum and herbal Chartreuse are winners here. Cheers y’all!
