MORNING STAR

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. tequila

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. mezcal

  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml. dry curaçao

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • orange peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into rocks glass over a BFC / express orange peel over surface / garnish with orange twist

This is a delicious agave sipper by my friend Morten (@thecocktail.blog). This a straight forward and gently smoked treat for you on this Wednesday. Consider this a spring agave old fashioned. Cheers y’all!
