2 oz. / 60 ml. cachaça
½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur
1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso
1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. cinnamon syrup
2 drops saline solution
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with three coffee beans
Don't have espresso? Use substitute cold brew concentrate.
ABOUT
This is my sixth espresso martini variant I’ve posted this year. Are you tired of them yet? Good, because I’m still going to post them. This original is a nod to Brazil’s sugarcane distillate cachaça (think Brazilian rum) — the main ingredient in caipirinhas. Cheers y’all!
