2 oz. / 60 ml. gin
½ oz. / 15 ml. amaretto
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. honey syrup
½ oz. / 15 ml. olive oil
1 egg white or other foamer
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake without ice (“dry shake”) / add ice / shake until chilled / strain into coupe / garnish with fresh basil

Fat is a wonderful addition to a drink (usually as a fat-wash), but adding oil itself creates a nice texture and lasting notes. Basil is the perfect garnish to tie it all together. Cheers y’all!
