ONE MORE DANCE

  • ¾ oz. aged Jamaican rum

  • ¾ oz. Oaxacan rum

  • ½ oz. St. George Bruto Americano

  • ½ oz. Amaro Meletti

  • ½ oz. falernum

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 2 dashes absinthe

  • orange peel oil

  • cinnamon smoked glass

METHOD
smoke a glass with cinnamon / add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into smoked glass over a BFC / express orange peel oil over the surface and discard / garnish with torched cinnamon stick

ABOUT
This is my riff on Brian Maxwell’s Save the Last Dance. This stirred tiki cocktail blends Oaxacan rum’s earthy depth, Bruto Americano’s piney bitterness, and Meletti’s warm spice. Falernum balances it, while absinthe and cinnamon smoke tie it together. Cheers y’all!
